- Worldsight’s investor membership is split almost evenly (48%-52%) between institutional investors (e.g. private equity, hedge fund, VCs), and individual high net worth investors.
- As a group, Worldsight’s Institutional Investor members have invested over $50 billion in companies over the past five years.
- Over 40% of Worldsight’s Individual Investor members work in executive management, finance, banking, insurance or law. An additional 25% specialize in engineering, computer science or life sciences.
- Worldsight investor members are seeking information on companies from all areas of the globe: 67% are interested in all country regions and 69% seek companies in all areas, regardless of business sector.
- Approximately 53% of Worldsight subscribers are based in the United States, however, 88 countries are represented in the Organization’s member database.
